ショーウィンドウ
Thursday, my artwork was hung in the display window in the hallway! The students and the guests from the school fashion show will be able to see it : D
木曜日、私のイラストはホール通路のショーウィンドウの中にあります！学生と高校のファッションショーのお客様はイラストを見ます！：D
My Japanese class ended at 5:30 and I walked with my friend to her train. When I got to my train station, I kept walking. I walked into a whole bunch of stores and asked for job application forms. I picked up forms from Starbucks, Pinkberry, Godiva among other places.
私を日本語の授業は五時半に終わって、友達と駅まで歩きました。私の駅に着いても、歩き続けました。店の中に入って、仕事の申込み書を求めました。スターバックスやピンク・ベリーやゴディヴァに申込み書を取った。
I walked from 68th to 42nd looking for jobs. Then I heard music coming from Bryant Park. I was tired so I sat and listened. It was a gypsy band but the lead singer was a Japanese man from Tokyo. After the event, I spoke to him in Japanese and got his autograph. My vocabulary isn’t very expansive so I only spoke a little to him.
六十八番ストリートから四十二番ストリートまで仕事を探しながら歩きました。そして、音楽はブライアント公園から聞きました。足が痛みましたから、座って聞きました。ジプシーバンドですがリードシンガーは東京からきた日本人です。イベントの後で、シンガーと日本語で話して、サインをもらった。ボキャブラリーがそれほど豊富でないので、少し話しただけでした。

アートのお勉強をされているのですか？とってもステキです。イラストもさながら、日本語もとてもお上手でびっくりしています。私はタイムス・スクエア近辺で仕事をしている傍ら、趣味でイラストを描いたりしています。まだまだ下手っぴですが^^;
